Our Story

A corner-stone of the Merrick community and built up from the ground by the women of the Mueller family, RS Beanery is somewhere you can not only assume to see a familiar face, but there’s a good chance they remember you too. What all started with a rattlesnake and a love for southern cuisine has transformed into a coffee house with touches of our past that can be seen honored in our night time menu, cocktails, desserts and decor. While a lot has changed, a lot has also stayed the same. We hope to see you soon!
